Organic Olive Oil 1 Litre

€25.00

100% Certified Organic ·  Hand Harvested - Cold Pressed · Tuscan Excellence

In the wild, luminous hills of southern Tuscany, where the Etruscans once cultivated the first olive groves stands Marsy3, a small organic estate where tradition meets renewal.
Here,
Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino, and Pendolino olives grow in uncontaminated soil, nurtured by sun, sea breeze, and respect for the rhythms of nature. Each olive is hand-harvested and cold pressed within hours, producing an oil of extraordinary purity and balance.

With an exceptionally low acidity of 0.19% and a naturally high polyphenol content, Etruscan Marsy3 EVOO is both sensorial and vital, its purity certified by Bioagricert authority, and recognised under EU Regulation 432/2012 for its health-protective properties. It helps protect blood lipids from oxidative stress, a natural benefit of true organic extra virgin olive oil.

Created by Annalisa Piras, a filmmaker turned farmer, Etruscan Marsy3 is a tribute to authenticity, the belief that beauty, health, and truth can still grow from the same soil.

Tasting note

Typical Toscano IGP oils show hues from green to golden yellow, a light–to–medium fruity nose with green vegetable notes (artichoke, cut grass, leafy/herbaceous), often touches of almond or green tomato, and a palate that’s fresh with balanced bitterness and persistent spiciness, the hallmark Tuscan finish.

Toscano IGP producers regularly place among winners at the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, widely described as the world’s premier olive-oil quality contest
